These terms govern your use of vajrarecycling.com, operated by Vajra Recycling Private Limited ("Vajra Recycling", "we", "us"). By using this site, requesting a pickup, or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover vajrarecycling.com only. QwikScrap (qwikscrap.com), our separate consumer pickup platform, has its own terms.

What this site is

This is an informational and enquiry site for our e-waste recycling, refurbishment, ITAD and EPR compliance services. It describes what we do, where we operate, and lets you request a pickup or quote. It is not an e-commerce site: nothing on it is a binding offer of price or service until we confirm it with you directly.

Enquiries, quotes and pickups

• Submitting the enquiry form does not guarantee a collection slot, a specific price, or acceptance of your material. We confirm all of that separately, after understanding what you have.
• Any valuation or buy-back figure we quote is indicative until material is inspected. Final value can change based on condition, weight, and prevailing metal prices at the time of collection.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us about the material, quantity and location, since collection planning depends on it.
• We reserve the right to decline material that falls outside what we're authorised or equipped to handle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or overburden it
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the enquiry form
• Attempt to access parts of the site or its underlying systems you're not authorised to access
• Scrape, copy or republish the site's content at scale without permission

Intellectual property

The Vajra Recycling name, logo, and the text, images and design on this site belong to Vajra Recycling Private Limited or are used under licence, except where a certification or partner mark is credited to its own issuing body. You may view and share pages of this site for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, modify or commercially use the content without our written permission.

Third-party links

This site links to QwikScrap and to our social media profiles, which are not covered by these terms and have their own terms and policies. We're not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't operate.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this site, including service descriptions, coverage areas and certification details, accurate and current. Details like collection centre locations or accepted materials can change; where anything here conflicts with what we confirm to you directly for a specific pickup, the direct confirmation governs.

Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site itself (for example, a delay in a quote response). This does not limit our liability for the actual e-waste collection and processing services we perform for you, which are governed by the specific service confirmation and applicable law, nor does it exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
