Vajra Recycling

E-waste recycling, ITAD and EPR compliance services

Four service lines run through one collection network across Tamil Nadu, which is why the chain of custody stays intact from your site all the way to material recovery.

E-Waste Recycling

Collection, dismantling, shredding and material recovery for laptops, servers, appliances and electronic components.

We take end-of-life electronics through a documented chain: inventory at pickup, segregation by stream, manual dismantling of hazardous fractions, then mechanical processing to recover ferrous, non-ferrous and precious metal concentrates. Every consignment is tracked from the collection centre to the processing floor.

Segregation happens by hand before anything reaches a shredder, so batteries, CRT glass and other hazardous fractions are pulled out rather than mixed into the general stream. What comes out the other end is graded material a downstream smelter or recycler can actually use.

  • Laptops, desktops, servers and networking hardware
  • White goods – refrigerators, ACs, washing machines, microwaves and other appliances
  • PCBs, cables, batteries and electronic components
  • Consignment-level documentation and recovery reporting
  • Hazardous fractions separated by hand, not shredded in
  • Recovered ferrous, non-ferrous and precious metal streams

Refurbishment

Testing, repair and grading of used electronics so working equipment is reused before anything is recycled for material.

Not everything that comes off a fleet refresh needs to be shredded. Devices are functionally tested, diagnosed and repaired where it makes economic sense, then data-wiped and graded for resale or redeployment. Reuse recovers more value than recycling ever can, and it's the first check we run before a unit goes any further down the line.

Grading follows a consistent standard – cosmetic condition, functional pass/fail, component health – so a buyer or an internal redeployment team knows exactly what they're getting, not a mixed lot. Anything that fails the bar moves on to ITAD or e-waste recycling instead, so nothing sits in between.

  • Functional testing and fault diagnosis
  • Component-level repair where economical
  • Certified data wiping before resale or reissue
  • Cosmetic and functional grading to a consistent standard
  • Resale, donation or internal redeployment pathways
  • Failed units routed straight to ITAD or recycling

ITAD & Secure Data Destruction

IT asset disposition with inventory, valuation, certified data wiping and physical destruction of storage media.

For enterprises, banks and data centres retiring IT fleets, we handle the full disposition cycle – asset capture by serial number, resale valuation where the hardware still has life, and verifiable data destruction where it does not. You receive a certificate of destruction against every asset tag.

The two outcomes are kept separate on purpose. Hardware with resale value goes through valuation and remarketing; hardware with none goes straight to destruction. Either way, the asset tag is the thread that ties the paperwork back to a specific machine.

  • Serial-level asset inventory and audit trail
  • Software wiping to recognised erasure standards
  • Physical shredding and degaussing of drives
  • Certificates of data destruction per asset
  • Resale valuation for hardware with residual life
  • On-site or in-facility destruction, your choice

EPR Compliance & Reporting

Collection planning, reverse logistics, documentation and EPR support for producers, importers and brand owners.

Producers carry recovery targets they have to evidence. We build the collection plan, run the reverse logistics through our own network, and hand back the paperwork that stands up to scrutiny – target-linked, dated and traceable to a real collection point.

The paperwork is only as good as the collection network behind it. Because we run our own centres rather than subcontracting collection, every figure in an EPR filing traces back to a pickup we can actually document – not an estimate.

  • Target planning against recovery obligations
  • Reverse logistics through our own network
  • Channel partner onboarding and training
  • Documentation and periodic filing support
  • Recovery evidence traceable to a real collection point
  • Support across e-waste and packaging EPR

How an e-waste recycling engagement runs

Four stages, one continuous loop – material that leaves as scrap comes back into the supply chain as recovered metal.

  1. 01

    Request a pickup

Tell us the material, rough volume and location. We confirm the nearest collection centre and a slot.

  2. 02

    Collection & transport

Our team collects from your site and moves the consignment under documented custody to the centre.

  3. 03

    Sorting & dismantling

Material is weighed, segregated by stream, and hazardous fractions are separated by hand before processing.

  4. 04

    Recovery & reporting

Recoverable metals re-enter the supply chain. You receive the paperwork for your records.

Not sure which line you need?

Most engagements touch more than one. Describe the material and we'll map it for you.
